Ideal Indian School emerged the overall winner in the school level competitions organised as part of the QAFCO flower show recently. The students of IIS won seventeen prizes, seven of them standing first, in E, J and Z categories. Ariba Ghani bagged seven prizes and claimed the championship in E category.  

Sameera Shahnawaz, Nishani Ivanthima, Sumaiya Muslim, Preetika Krishnamoorthy and the team of Nada, Laveena, Safa & Naina were the other first position holders in flower arrangement and live drawing competitions respectively.  

These students received cash awards apart from the regular trophies.  Principal, Dr. Mohd. Harun Khan lauded the efforts put in by the students and their teachers and congratulated them on their glorious victory.
